I didn’t
know that the study of Presence would lead me into such a place of silence,
away from words. Yet it has while you have wondered where is she and when is
she coming back.
But I’m
right here however silent, watching as the world rages on.
i gaze into your photo and find myself either sitting at this desk or being the cat, surveying the desktop. in you silence, i quietly follow you into the objects of the desktop, the thoughts and pathways they send me into. i am happy to have this visit from you.
I lost my best friend. We were friends for over forty years and she was so dear to me. Brings everything into perspective and at the same time dims the sight, reminding one of all the wonderful and terrible mysteries of life. I hope you're gaining some clarity in the silence. It's good to hear from you, though.
Not much else is needed, but I forget it over and over. Thank you for sharing this beautiful peaceful photograph and letting us know you're there. With love and good wishes.
LOVELY POST. JUST DROPPED BY. SUCH BEAUTY WITH WORDS AND PICTURES. KEEP WRITING. NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED IN YOUR LIFE. BUT YOU SEEM TO HAVE A LOT OF LOVING LISTENERS... ALOHA,NANNA

Hello, just a wee note to say I'm checking in on you and hoping your silence means you are taking care of yourself and that things are as okay as they can be. Wishing you all the very best indeed - you're missed.
Just checked in to see if you are back--again. You are still enjoying the silence, but I do look forward to seeing what you are hearing in the silence.
You don't know me; I found your blog by chance years ago and have wandered back several times, gotten lost in your words and images. Your reflections calm me and bring me nose to nose with sincerity and grace like little else. You are a wise soul; I look up to you and learn from you each time you write. I hope you are well in whatever regard you need it most. I don't even know your name.
You'd have no idea who I am, but like the person who wrote a couple of posts before this one, I happened upon your blog a few years ago and have found myself coming back every now and again to see if you've made any updates -- your photographs and writing are excellent. I hope all is well with you and look forward to the possibility of hearing from you again.
Thanks for Azam Ali- I am enjoying her as I read your words. Blessings from the silence and stillness that is deep and ever present. I wish you genuine happiness and freedom from suffering which do not require that our circumstances be what we desire them to be. May you be well.
Good to know you are still there.
